- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have taken my young cats here since July. I think one of the biggest problems is there's too many staff who don't communicate or write notes down. Several times Iv thought about changing vets (since registering here 8 months ago) but thought I'd give it one more chance, but after the fiasco on Saturday, enough is enough, so I have registered with another vets. My kitten was ill, I had to work so arranged with someone to take her down to see the vet while I phoned at 8am and gave the receptionist thorough details. My friend took her down and the vet s notes on her screen read 'diarrhoea'!!! No communication whatsoever!!!! That was the reason I had rung to explain everything. Total incompetence. I feel all they care about is money money money. And to top it all off 'most' of the receptionists are unfriendly, inefficient, and just generally look like they'd rather be somewhere else.by carolyn fairleyDecember 31, 2016
